
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted N50m bail and one surety to former Attorney General of the Federation, Mr Mohammed Adoke.
The Court in its ruling on Thursday, said the surety must be a Nigerian citizen with landed property within the jurisdiction of the court.
Adoke is facing charges bordering on alleged abuse of office and money laundering with respect to the granting of the Oil Prospecting License (OPL) 245 to Shell and ENI.
