The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has finally granted the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign council approval, to use the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium for its rally.
The Governor stated at the PDP campaign rally in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area that the re-issuance was based on pleas from pleas from many persons.
It will be recalled that Wike had on January 31, withdrawn the initial approval of February 11 based on claims that Atiku campaign was working in collaboration with the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
