The giant Taiwanese PC manufacturer, the owner of Acer model is set to launching a 15.6-inch Chromebook for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on Jan. 6 to Jan. 9.
The Acer Chromebook feature a full HD (1920 x 1080) 15.6-inch display, but it features an Intel Broadwell processor, making it the perfect Chromebook for the office.
There is a lower option, featuring an HD (1366 x 768) display and Intel Core i3 processor, which will most likely be the one Google promotes on its Chromebook store.
Acer has added 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and a HDMI port to the Chromebook. Acer also claims the Chromebook will feature superior battery life to competitors, but hasn’t given any numbers.
