David Mark has been officially recognized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the new National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), with Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola confirmed as the National Secretary.
This comes after weeks of controversy surrounding the leadership of the coalition-led ADC following the stepping down of Ralph Nwosu.
However, in a post via 𝕏 account on Wednesday, the National Publicity Secretary of the ADC, Bolaji Abdullahi, confirmed that INEC has recognized the new executives of the party led by former Senate President, David Mark.
Bolaji shared the link from INEC’s official data page on its website and wrote Game on!
The list from the INEC website recognizes David Mark as the ADC National Chairman, Rauf Aregbesola as the National Secretary, Ibrahim Ahmad as National Treasurer, and Akibu Dalhatu as National Financial Secretary, and Professor Oserheimen Osunbor as National Legal Adviser.
