Adron Homes Rewards Media Partners with Landed Property, Cash Prizes, Gift Items
No fewer than four media partners from different brands have smiled home with the documents for landed property, cash and other gift items on Sunday, April 21, 2024, courtesy of the leading real estate company, Adron Homes and Properties.
Adron Homes had on Sunday, April 21, 2024 hosted about 150 media partners in Ikeja area of Lagos State.
The four media partners received the prizes for emerging winners in a dancing competition tagged: Mr. and Miss ADRON Media Partners 2024.
Among the winners were a male and female who received a plot of land with a cash gift of N250,000 each at their closet locations while the runner-up got half a plot of land and N100,000 each with other gift items.
Presenting the rewards, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuel King, urged the winners to make good use of the items.
Addressing the media partners, he said, “I want to appreciate every media practitioner who has been part of us since inception in February 2012 till date. We started with one office, seven staffers, and one selling estate in 2012. We have made tremendous progress as we now have 52 offices in nine states, 42 Estates, and over 3000 staff.
The Chairman disclosed that the Company introduced “Operation Total Take Over,” in 2019 to accelerate growth and progress.
He said so far, the Company has acquired over 25,000 acres of land without obtaining loan.
Aare Adeola seized the occasion to offer various incentives to the media partners.
He further explained that such a lucky winner would be announced in July/August 2024, would have a 7-day vacation to any European country of his/her choice and fly in business class.
Aare Adeola said the winner would be accompanied by his/her spouse or future partner as the case may be adding that any media partner with the highest number of clients drawn to Adron Homes and Properties will receive a brand-new Toyota Camry saloon car, while those with the most engaging social media handles like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and X handle, etc; will have his/her operational office upgraded to the tune of N5 million or receive equipment equivalent to the amoun.
“Our goal is to be everywhere, be the biggest with over 200 estates in each state and beyond the shores of the nation,” He said.
In his address, the Director, Human Resources, Mr. Michael Oladipo restated that partnering with Adron Homes is a win-win affair as every media partner stands the chance of owing his/her property with consistent efforts.
