AFCON 2025: Davido Set to Perform at Official Opening Concert
Nigerian music sensation Davido is scheduled to headline the official kick-off concert for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Davido and French Montana will be the two headline performers at the event.
Douaa Lahyaoui, Says’z, and Lartiste will also perform at the concert.
The concert will be held at the Olm Souissi Fan Zone, Rabat, on Saturday.
The event is open to fans with Fan IDs and match tickets.
Davido has, in recent times, performed at sporting events.
The 33-year-old performed at the AFCON 2017 opening ceremony, the 2022 FIFA World Cup draw held in Doha, and the 2023 Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) awards.
He also performed at the opening ceremony of the 2024 National Sports Festival hosted by Ogun State.
