The Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Mohammed Sanusi has tasked the Super Eagles technical crew to come up with a winning strategy for the team’s next 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2025) qualifiers against Libya.
The three-time African champions will take on the Mediterranean Knights in a double-header in October.
The Super Eagles currently top Group D with four points from two games.
Sanusi said the NFF will continue to give the coaches the necessary support.
“What we came here to do was to get a win (against Rwanda) but I am not the coach,” Sanusi told reporters.
“It’s the coaches that will sit down, go back to the drawing board, and see what they can get for the next match.
“Our own is to make sure we provide the enabling environment for the coaches to do what they are supposed to do.
“By the grace of God, we’ll continue to do that. We have been doing that in the areas of accommodation, good transport and other logistics.”
