The Akala Support Group, comprising friends, political associates and well wishers drawn across the State will tomorrow, Thursday 29 March, 2018 have a discourse on the political situation in the country with a focus on the 2019 general elections.
A statement from the Group and signed by Oloye Adekunle Adebowale said the political arena have been saturated with a large number of aspirants, hence it has become expedient to have chart a course for the way forward and take a united position to further the course of the Group.
According to the statements, Dr. Fola Akinosun, an erudite scholar and public policy analyst will be the Chairman, while Comrade Olu Abiala, former NLC Chairman in the State, Comrade Amuda Babatunde, one time Chairman of NUT in the State, Oloye Agbo Adeyemo, Falilat Adeyemo and other prominent citizens from across the state will speak at the occasion.
