COVID-19: Nigeria Records 111 New Cases, 2 Deaths

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday September 23, 2020 announced one and eleven (111) confirmed new cases of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 in the country.

The virus also claimed two (2) more lives on Wednesday.  

So far, the cases have been dropping drastically in the last couple of weeks and it’s expected to continue to decline even as the country reopened the full economy including the borders both lands, sea and air and schools.

The total confirmed cases now stand at 57,724.

As at Wednesday September 23, 2020, there are 7,637 active cases in Nigeria.
