COVID-19: Nigeria Records 118 New Cases, 2 Deaths

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday October 19, 2020 announced one hundred and eighty-eight (118) confirmed new cases of coronavirus better known as COVID-19 in the country.

So far, the cases have been dropping drastically in the last couple of weeks and it’s expected to continue to decline even as the country reopened the full economy including the borders both lands, sea and air and schools.

The total confirmed cases now stand at 61,558.

As at Monday October 19, 2020, there are 3,736 active cases in Nigeria.
