The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday September 16, 2020 announced one hundred and twenty-six (126) confirmed new cases of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 in the country.
The virus also claimed three (3) more lives.
So far, the cases have been dropping drastically in the last couple of weeks and it’s expected to continue to decline even as the country reopened the full economy including the borders both lands, sea and air and schools.
The total confirmed cases now stand at 56,604
As at Wednesday September 16, 2020, there are 7,641 active cases in Nigeria.
