COVID-19: Nigeria Records 160 New Cases, 2 Deaths

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday September 12, 2020 announced one hundred and sixty (160) confirmed new cases of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 in the country.

The virus also claimed two (2) more lives. 

So far, the cases have been dropping drastically in the last couple of weeks and it’s expected to continue to decline even as the country reopened the full economy including the borders both lands, sea and air and schools.

The total confirmed cases now stand at 56,017. 

As at Saturday September 12, 2020, Nigeria has a total number of 12,089 active cases.
