Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, President Goodluck Jonathan has promised that the Federal Government would raise $1bn to support over one million Boko Haram victims.
He made this known on Saturday in Borno during his courtesy visit to the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Shehu El-Kanemi in Maiduguri in continuation of his presidential re-election rally in the state.
