
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday November 02, 2020 announced seventy-two (72) confirmed new cases of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 in the country.
“Our discharges today include 460 community recoveries in Oyo State and 51 community recoveries in Lagos State managed in line with guidelines,” NCDC said in a tweet.
The virus also claimed one (1) lives on Monday.
So far, the cases have been dropping drastically in the last couple of weeks and it’s expected to continue to decline even as the country reopened the full economy including the borders both lands, sea and air and schools.

The total confirmed cases now stand at 63,036.
As at Monday November 02, 2020, there are 2,561 active cases in Nigeria.
