Veteran Nigerian afro-beat singer, David Adeleke, stage named Davido, has finally reacted to historic concert by Ahmed Ololade, stage named Asake.
Davido reacted to the ‘Lonely at the top’ crooner’s concert which was held at the O2 Arena in London, on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
Asake had a historic and remarkable feat of performing to a sold-out crowd at the iconic O2 Arena in London, and also being the first YBNL boy to do that.
Davido took to his social media platform on Monday, August 22, 2023, to share his thoughts on how the singer gave a perfect and live rendition of the hit song ‘No Competition’ off his fourth studio album titled Timeless, which was released earlier this year on March 30, 2023.
David described the singer as an icon in a video he posted on his Instagram story of the singer serenading the fans to their first collaboration together titled No Competition.
Asake joined David, Wizkid and Burna Boy as the only Nigerian artists to sell out the iconic venue after it was confirmed in an official report that the event was sold out a few days before the show itself.
Davido is also expected to perform at the O2 Arena once again for his Timeless tour stop in London.
