Davido’s Father, Adeleke Donates N1bn To Church In Late Mother’s Honour
Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, father of popular singer Davido, has donated N1bn to the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in honour of his late mother, Nnena Esther Adeleke.
The donation was made during a thanksgiving service held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos on Sunday.
Adeleke presented the donation to the Centenary Endowment Fund on behalf of his late mother, saying, “We donate a sum of N1bn in honour of our late mum.”
During the ceremony, the Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, entertained the crowd with his impressive dance moves, which was a highlight of the event.
In attendance were notable figures, including the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, and his Lagos State counterpart, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The afrobeat singer, Davido was also in attendance.
