Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole had, on September 23, presented a budget size of N156.551 billion to the assembly for possible consideration and passage.
Meanwhile, the assembly, shored up the 2015 appropriation bill by about N3 billion.
The chairman of the appropriation and project monitoring, Peter Aliyu (APC Etsako East), said the budget proposal as presented by the governor reflected the views of the people to complete all ongoing projects in the state.
During the consideration of the appropriation bill, N88. 6 billion was allocated for capital expenditures, while N70. 7 billion was allocated for recurrent expenditures.
