Elite Couture Opens Soon in Lagos

First of its kind in Ikoyi area of Lagos State, Elite Couture, sister company to Pelaruz Food Café, a corporate food vendor in Lagos is set to open to meet the demands of Lagosians who crave classic fashion and nourishing food. The grand opening will hold on 30th September this year by 3pm.

Speaking to journalist during a visit to the fashion house recently, Chief Executive Officer of the company, Miss Pelumi Idowu said that the boutique will also run a tailoring business in the building. She said that though the idea has been conceived several years ago but had to wait for the right time to launch adding that any fashion house opening in Lagos should be ready to showcase classy and trendy wears for ‘ever stylish Lagosians.’

She said, “I have been in the fashion business for more than two years now and I believe I have what it takes to offer some of the best materials the fashion world has to offer. Looking good is fantastic and I really want to ” Pelumi also noted that she started her exploration in the fashion world at Divas’ Place, Ikeja and that it was a rewarding experience for her. When asked what sort of fashion wears would be paraded at Elite Couture, Pelumi said only trendy and classy materials would be available at the boutique. She also said that the tailoring brand of the outfit will be equipped with experienced designers to give the best to every customer. “What help boost most businesses is the strength and quality of staff. Elite Couture will ensure it gives the some of the best fashion option through quality and well experienced designers,” she said.

Also speaking, custodian, Pelaruz Food Café, Balogun Babajide, added that the cafeteria was included in the business to give choice for every customer that patronises the outfit. “We have created a very unique brand in line with Elite Couture. As a way of treating our customers to delight, we give them an option to relax wine and dine while they shop or come to sew their materials,” he said.

He also said that Pelaruz will also serve as a commercial food centre where residents, workers and passersby within and outside Ikoyi can have their breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food court will also provide corporate food vending service to companies alike. This is all in one brand and we are here to give a classic treatment to every intending client or customer knowing that the fashion business is a congested environment in Nigeria and Africa too. With due respect to other fashion houses, we have created Elite Couture and Pelaruz food Café in a trendy way for every client that we have,” he added.
