The former Governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan has formally returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after about two years in the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Uduaghan rejoined the PDP on Monday morning in his hometown, Abigborodo in Warri North Local Government Area of the State.
The Former Governor made this news known in his verified Facebook handle this morning and titled the post: “I AM BACK HOME”, said
