Popular gospel singer and pastor, Bolaji Olanrewaju, better known as Big Bolaji is dead.
Although details surrounding the tragic incident are sketchy, the news of his death has been confirmed by some prominent personalities on social media.
The singer is 50 years old. He celebrated his 50th birthday few months back (November 2024) at White Stone Events Centre in Ikeja Lagos.
Information circulating online said he reportedly collapsed last night at a musical concert event.
The late singer was still active on social media on Friday, 18 April, 2025.

A statement announcing Big Bolaji’s passing by his family has also been circulating online.
According to the statement, “Bolaji, an ordained pastor in the RCCG and a giant in the music industry left us on Easter Saturday, April 19, 2024”.
