The Governors under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have further reduced the list of proposed presidential aspirants to three, Vanguard reports.
The governors had early hours on Tuesday proposed a five-man list of aspirants to President Muhammadu Buhari to consider for consensus.
Those initially proposed were;
1) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
2) Vice President Yemi Osinbajo
4) Governor Kayode Fayemi and
5) Governor Dave Umahi.
After a fresh deliberation among the governors, the list was reduced to three aspirants.
1) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
2) Vice President Yemi Osinbajo
