How To Receive Google Adsense PIN In Nigeria
In this article, I will walk you through the steps in which you, as a news publisher can receive Google Adsense Personal Identity Number (PIN).
According to Wikipedia, Google AdSense is a program run by Google through which website publishers in the Google Network of content sites serve text, images, video, or interactive media advertisements that are targeted to the site content and audience. These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google.
To be able to get verified on Google Adsense and cash out, there are steps to follow, however, the purpose of this article is for you to receive your PIN and verify your address on Google Adsense.
And, if you didn’t verify your address, you won’t get paid.
This article is also based on my personal experience as a news publisher. I applied for Google Adsense to send my PIN to my address in August one month after, I didn’t receive it. I changed my address, and three months down the line, I still didn’t receive the PIN. So, discuss it with one of my colleagues who now told me what to do.
She told me to go to a nearby Post Office that I will get it there. And to my greatest surprise, the first PIN that was sent to me is with them at the Agege Post Office waiting for me to pick it up. On getting to the Post Office, I saw about a hundred PIN are waiting for publishers to pick.

So, one of the staff of the Post Office told me that most time, when the dispatch riders wander around the streets and are unable to locate the address, they will just drop the mail with any Post Office around the environment.
Applying for the PIN
After applying for the PIN on your Google Adsense account, make sure to input postal codes of your address, (you can search Google for it) and, after 2-3 weeks, just go to a nearby Post Office and pick it if you didn’t receive it in the address you imputed.
For those around Agege Post Office, once you enter the post office, just walk straight down to the last window by your left hand and explain yourself.
Don’t wait for the dispatch rider to bring it to your doorstep, go to the Post Office nearby and pick it up.
