Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has reflected on his outstanding performance in the team’s emphatic 5-1 victory over Crystal Palace.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the match, Jesus expressed his delight with the team’s display and his personal contributions.
“We did a job. I am very happy with the goals. The pressure is always on for me to score goals, and I am very happy,” he said. His comments underline his awareness of the responsibility that comes with leading Arsenal’s attack.
Jesus set the tone for Arsenal with two first-half goals that erased an early deficit and gave the Gunners full control of the game.

Reflecting on the demands of his role, he added, “To be honest, I am the type of guy who wants to work hard. I know my qualities. In my mind, I know I can score, but I just have to put myself in the position to finish.”
