“I Miss You Dearly”, Wizkid Says As He Paid Tribute To Late Mum On Posthumous Birthday
Multiple award winning artist, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has paid tributes to his late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, on her first posthumous birthday.
The CEO of Starboy Entertainment took to his official page on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday to celebrate her life, and highlighted how much he missed her.
He said, “Happy birthday, love of my life! I miss you every day. The first one without you here feels unreal. Nothing makes sense without you, Mama! Life is empty without you.
“Continue to watch over us! My heart is broken forever! love you love love you, Morayo mi. Your smile is a memory I will never forget. Your laugh! Your hugs and kisses. I miss you dearly!”
The singer lost his dear mother on 18th of August, 2023, and buried her on 13th of October, 2023.
