‘I’m Terribly Sorry, That’s Not Who I Am’ – 2Baba Apologizes To Wife

Legendary Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba or 2Face, has issued an apology to his new partner, Natasha Osawaru, his children, and his fans. This comes after his earlier statement regarding his inability to be sexually committed to a single woman.

The singer made the controversial statement five months after announcing his separation from his wife, Annie Macaulay-Idibia.

Speaking in his latest interview with the media personality, Nedu, 2Baba said he is unbothered about what people will say, but it is impossible for him to be with one woman sexually.

Nedu asked: “Is it possible to be loyal and be 2Face? Is it possible to be a loyal man to a woman?

Responding, 2Baba said, “I have said this a couple of days ago, and I got into trouble for it but I didn’t care about that. Man no fits, I don’t know ooo but let me talk for my own self. I no go talk about other men.

“A man is not built to sexually be with one woman. Man can give his heart and love to one woman, but it’s impossible for a man to sexually be with one woman”.

After the statement created a buzz online, 2Baba, in a video via his Instagram page, admitted that he had messed up.

He said, “I know I fvcked up with what I said and I know I’m going to get cancelled because of it. 

I apologise to my fans and most importantly, my wife, the love of my life, Natasha and also my kids. I’m terribly sorry. That’s not who I am”.
