I was on my way to Civic Centre, Lekki area of Lagos State this morning. I enter a bus going to Lekki from CMC, Lagos. I met this gentle man in the bus, the bus filled up and we embark on the journey to Lekki.
The phone of the gentle man sitting next to me rang and he picked it up, after finishing his conversation, I just stare at him, guest what I saw, its Goldie’s picture as screen saver on his phone I was shocked that even in death people still love this young lady.
If you recall, Goldie died some weeks ago after returning from the US where she went to attend the popular #Grammy Awards. She has been laid to rest.
May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.
