The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has arrived at the State House of Assembly on Wednesday for the presentation of the 2024 budget.
This was made known by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Gboyega Akosile, in a tweet shared via his profile on Wednesday.
The governor, on Friday, stated that he will soon present a budget of over N2trillion to the state House of Assembly.
It was reported on Monday that the Commissioner for Information & Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, disclosed that the budget which will highlight the details of planned capital projects, recurrent expenditure, and anticipated revenue for the fiscal year, will be laid for consideration before the House of Assembly.
