International rapper, Kanye West is to pay over $250,000 to the man he beat up earlier this month in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor, according to TMZ.
Sources familiar with the negotiations told the TMZ the man, who allegedly used racial epithets at Kanye West’s wife Kim Kardashian before taking the beating, has agreed to the civil settlement and won’t move forward with any criminal case against him.
Meanwhile, Kanye West may have no say in the matter. The Law enforcement sources reportedly told TMZ that prosecutors haven’t decided whether to charge West with battery. But chances are slim now that the alleged victim has become uncooperative and richer.
