KWAM1’s Form Not Signed by Us, Bubiade Royal Dynasty Declares

The Bubiade Royal Dynasty has denied endorsing King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, widely known as K1, for the Awujale of Ijebuland stool in Ogun State, stating that they did not sign his application form.

It spoke via a letter it sent to the Fusengbuwa Ruling House following the claim by K1 that he is from the Bubiade Royal Dynasty.

The letter, dated December 10, 2025, was addressed to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Vice-Chairman of the Fusengbuwa Ruling House.

The letter read: 

Dear Sirs,

OTUNBA WASIU AYINDE ANIFOWOSE MON

1. Alhaji O.B Yusuf the OLORI EBI OF BUBIADE ROYAL FAMILY hereby categorically declare that, I have never met Otunba Wasin Ayinde Anifowose in person or signed his membership form as a member of the Bubiade Royal Family.

I want the general public to know that we don’t have any Anifowose from our family.

The Bubiade Royal House have waited enough for him and still expecting him to show up with his form and whatever document he may have to prove his lineage to our Royal Dynasty as one of us.

Unfortunately, he is yet to show up. But as the head of the family unit, I think it is necessary to release this information because of the rumours going round the town that I as the Olori Ebi Bubiade Royal Family did signed Otunba Wasiu Ayinde Anifowose family membership form.
