The Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Lagos chapter, has sacked the party’s chairman, Capt. Tunji Shelle.The committee accused Capt. Shelle of mismanaging election campaign funds and manipulating the party’s primaries last year which ultimately led to the defeat of the PDP at the polls.
The committee has also appointed Kamaldeen Olorunoje to replace him in acting capacity.
