President Muhammadu Buhari has reply the British Prime Minister David Cameron on the allegation about Nigeria being “fantastically corrupt” describing it has embarrassing and that he (Cameron) must be talking about an “old snapshot of Nigeria.”
A video surface online late Tuesday showing British PM telling the Queen and the Bishop of Canterbury that Nigeria and Afghanistan are “fantastically corrupt”. Though the Bishop countered that Buhari isn’t a corrupt leader.
According to a statement by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, said: “This is embarrassing to us, to say the least, given the good work that the President is doing. The eyes of the world are on what is happening here.
“The Prime Minister must be looking at an old snapshot of Nigeria. Things are changing with corruption and everything else.”
