Meta‘s Threads app has surpassed 35 million signups in November, averaging over a million daily registrations for nearly three months, according to a Meta spokesperson, Alec Booker.
Of these, 20 million joined since November 14, adding to the 15 million signups reported earlier.
Meanwhile, rival platform Bluesky has also seen rapid growth, climbing to 22 million users, with several million signing up daily earlier this month.
Threads has responded with updates like custom feeds and testing a default follows-only option, addressing user preferences influenced by Bluesky’s rise.
