Mr Eazi Responds After Netizens Urged Apple Music To Investigate Davido’s ‘Fund’ Streams
Social media users believe that the figures for Davido’s song Funds are not believable and have urged Apple Music to look into it.
An influencer named @benny77g has suggested that the activity on the song’s charts seems odd, claiming that bots are being used to boost the numbers, a practice known as Farming in Nigeria.
Benny tweeted, “DEAR @APPLEMUSIC, YOU REALLY NEED TO INVESTIGATE THE STREAMS COMING FROM NIGERIA. THERE IS A LOT OF STREAMS FARMING CURRENTLY GOING ON! .”
After seeing his tweet, Mr Eazi replied, stating that Nigerians are ‘active music fans’.
