The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday 2, June 2020 announced two hundred and forty-one (241) new cases of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 in the country.
Of the new cases, 142 were reported in Lagos, 15 in Oyo, 13 in FCT, 12 in Kano, 11 in Edo, 10 in Delta, 9 in Kaduna, 9 in Rivers, 8 in Borno, 4 in Jigawa, 3 in Gombe, 3 in Plateau, 1 in Osun and 1 Bauchi state.

As at Tuesday 2, June 2020, there are 10,819 cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria, 3,239 patients have been discharged and total number of 314 deaths recorded.
