Obasanjo Attacks Eedris Abdulkareem Again Over ‘Nigeria Jaga-Jaga’

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo in 2004 strongly condemn Eedris Abdulkareem’s popular hit track ‘’Nigeria jaga jaga’’ again Baba also condemn it in a stronger term. This track ‘’Nigeria jaga jaga’’ and the case that involved Eedris and the international rapper, 50 cent has sink the destiny the young man till today.
Eedris in 2004 sing ‘’Nigeria jaga jaga’’ which is one of the popular song across the country in that year. Baba while speaking at an event organized by Nigeria Leadership Initiative (NLI) in Lagos yesterday said “one of the worst problems Nigeria is facing is disbelief”, he continue by saying “Nigerians no longer believe in themselves neither do they believe in their country.”
According to the report Baba was quoting saying: “That takes me back to that song ‘jaga jaga’. How could a sane man dare to call his country jaja jaja?
“It is the height of blasphemy.”
“We are grooming our youths for tomorrow’s leadership and with such persons I don’t think the country can move forward”
Former Olusegun Obasanjo still believes that everything will soon be in place in Nigeria.
