Nigerian Rap artist, Olamide on Tuesday announced two budding acts, Jayboi and Asake, to his YBNL label.
According to the YBNL boss, the two new acts have officially signed the dotted lines to be under the auspices of the record label and home to Fireboy DML.
For Jayboi, Olamide made the announcement via his IG story four days ago with a terse statement, “Welcome to YBNL officialjayboi.”
On Asake’s signing, Olamide took to his Instagram on Tuesday morning to share the news with his fans, accompanied by a video of the act in the studio Olamide wrote “Mood….Asakemusic welcome to #YBNL.”
Olamide and Jay boi has been in a couple of songs together including ‘Yebobayee.’
Jayboi was also featured on Olamide’s ‘999’ album which was released in 2020.
Asake’s signing is coming after his recent collaboration with Olamide entitled ‘Omo Ope.’
Asake first came to the limelight in 2020 after his hit single, ‘Mr money,’ which later had a remix featuring Zlatan and Peruzzi.
