Portable Attends Church, Prays Amid Legal Issues With Ogun State Government (Video)

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable has gone to church to pray during his legal issues with the Ogun State government.
The artist has been declared wanted for allegedly assaulting town planning officials at his business premises.
Reports show that although some of his friends have been taken into custody, Portable has managed to avoid arrest. He is asking the government for mercy instead.
In a popular video, the singer was filmed in a church, wearing a white outfit, passionately praying for help from above.

His unexpected embrace of religion has triggered a variety of responses on social media.
Some believe he is earnestly seeking assistance, while others think it’s merely another attempt to gain attention.
This isn’t the first time Portable has been in trouble with the law. The singer, recognized for his erratic conduct and provocative statements, has had many run-ins with authorities before. Yet, he still has a strong fan base that frequently backs him.
As the situation develops, it is still uncertain if the singer will surrender or keep avoiding arrest.
Meanwhile, the Ogun State government has stated that the law should be followed.
