Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday arrived at the Andrew’s Air Force Base, Washington DC to participate in the 4th Nuclear Summit hosted by President Barack Obama.
The summit has in attendance about 60 Heads of State and Presidents.
