President Muhammadu Buhari and ministers on Wednesday held a virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting for the second time since the coronavirus pandemic outbreak in the country.
The first virtual FEC meeting was held on Wednesday May 13, 2020.
The teleconference option was adopted as part of measures to guard against the spread of the coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
Only ministers with memos were physically present at the Presidential Villa while others linked up from their different locations.
