Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has paid a courtesy visit to the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR
President Tinubu was overtly delighted to receive Governor Soludo, his long-standing friend of over 22 years.
According to the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, the President further congratulated Governor Soludo on his landslide victory in the just-concluded Anambra gubernatorial election.
It will also be recalled that President Tinubu had earlier issued a congratulatory message to Governor Soludo immediately after the governorship election was concluded, and Governor Soludo declared the winner with 73% of the votes cast by INEC.
Soludo and Tinubu are known to be friends, and as progressives, both have on several occasions professed working together in the interest of the people.
