Rema Is Leader Of New Generation Of Nigerian Musicians — Timaya

Nigerian singer Timaya has proclaimed Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, as the frontrunner of the new generation of Nigerian artists.

In a recent discussion with Cool FM, the ‘Dem Mama’ crooner conveyed his respect for Rema, characterizing him as an “intentional” musician.

Timaya noted that Rema’s distinctive fashion sense and musical approach set him apart from his contemporaries.

“I’m a fan of Rema. Among all the young boys [new generational musicians], he’s at the top. Rema is their dad. You don’t know? See his abss, his dress sense, crazy!
