Vice President Kashim Shettima has visited the Abuja home of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai to personally offer his condolences following the passing of El-Rufai’s mother.
The matriarch of the El-Rufai family died on Friday in Cairo, Egypt, where she had been receiving medical treatment.
She was buried on Sunday at Gudu Cemetery following funeral prayers conducted in line with Islamic rites.
