The Publisher of Sahara Reporters and activist, Omoyele Sowore, on Tuesday resumed his court hearing over his unlawful detention by the Department of State Services (DSS) in 2020.
However, it was gathered that Sowore appeared to have gone beyond the physical in defending himself at the court of law.
During the court hearing on Tuesday, Sowore shared pictures of himself on Twitter walking into the courtroom and it appeared that he was being accompanied to the courtroom by a ‘juju’ man.
Sowore titled the pictures “The Gods Are Not To Blame,” which is a title of a drama text by the Nigerian foremost dramatist, Ola Rotimi, but could also be interpreted that he cannot be blamed for his decision.
This action generated diverse opinions on the bird app, Twitter.
