The BACNEngage Conference themed “Synergizing for the next billion users” is an annual conference that provides insight into Business Analysis competencies, tools and techniques and Digital Innovation in Africa toward the pursuit of professional excellence. It is designed to engage and enlighten not only Business Analyst professionals today, but also professionals working with Business Analysts, Human Resource teams who hire business analysts, founders who would like to contribute their experience and use cases in the development of more rounded business analysts and for students, graduates and young market entrants who would like to explore this field/profession.
Our 2nd-year thematic focus: “Customer centricity” will explore leveraging customer-first built-in structures that exist within the business analysis profession to drive profitability and business success in this ever-growing African Market. This year also focuses on the cross-sectoral application of Business analysis to begin to debunk some poorly informed perception we uncovered from our last conference and through our activities this year, that business analysis is limited technology sector.
For the first time in the BA conference, we will be having Masterclasses to up-skill attendees in various essential parts of business analysis for beginners, intermediate and professionals. These Masterclasses will include – fundamentals of creative problem solving, Business analysis, data analysis, requirement engineering; and Business Analysis Basic Tools.
Participation is open to Analyst in every field or sector (Business strategy, financial analyst, data analyst, process analyst, system analyst, product analyst operation and support analyst and more); Recruiters and Managers of analyst resources and Partners as well as young market entrants (Undergraduates, graduates, Youth Corp Members) into the business analysis profession.
