President Bola Tinubu is said to be currently meeting with the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, at the State House, Abuja.
According to a report by ARISE NEWS, Akpabio arrived at the seat of government at about 2.25 pm shortly after the Senate adjourned for a close-door session to determine the fate of the former Minister of State for Labour and ministerial nominee following the uproar that followed the motion that Keyamo’s nomination be stepped down.
The Senate President’s visit to the President may not be unconnected with what transpired at the Senate Chambers earlier over Keyamo’s nomination and possibly discuss the way forward on the matter.
