Tinubu Urges Nigerians To Be Hopeful At Easter

President Bola Tinubu has urged Nigerians to remain hopeful, united, and steadfast in their collective pursuit of national progress.

In an Easter message he signed, the President acknowledged the enormity of the country’s challenges but emphasized that with unity, faith, resilience, and determination, those challenges can be overcome.

Reaffirming his administration’s commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, Tinubu promised a better, more just, and prosperous Nigeria. He expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their patience and resilience, noting that the economy is beginning to show signs of recovery.

“We understand the economic hardship many are facing,” Tinubu said. “But we are working tirelessly to restore investor confidence, stabilize key sectors, and build an inclusive economy that works for all.”

Addressing recent tragic incidents in parts of the country, the President expressed deep sorrow and acknowledged the pain and fear they have caused. He assured citizens of his administration’s unwavering commitment to restoring peace and security.

As Christians in Nigeria and across the world commemorate Easter—the cornerstone of the Christian faith—Tinubu urged reflection on the values of sacrifice, redemption, love, and hope.

He also joined the global Christian community in celebrating Pope Francis’s recovery, praying that his renewed strength continues to inspire his leadership and service to humanity.

In closing, President Tinubu offered his Easter blessings to all Nigerians: “The present moment may be cloudy, but it will usher in a glorious day. May the risen Christ bless our homes with peace and our nation with continued unity and prosperity. Happy Easter to all my fellow Nigerians.”
