INEC explained that the fraudulent advert directs applicants to a fake website, inecrecruitment.com, to submit their personal details.
The Lagos State Police Command has exonerated the Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, after a stun gun video involving him went viral.
The command, in a statement issued on Wednesday by its spokesperson, Abimbola Adebisi, confirmed that Pastor Adefarasin voluntarily presented himself at the state police headquarters in Ikeja for questioning.
“After a thorough investigation, including interrogation and a cautionary statement from Pastor Adefarasin, it was established that the object in question was a stun gun and not a lethal weapon or firearm,” the statement said.

Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has been charged with aggravated murder and multiple related offenses, Utah County prosecutors announced Tuesday.
