Chelsea has denied the reports claiming that they are negotiating to acquire Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain during this summer’s transfer window.
Neymar is keen to leave PSG before the end of the summer transfer window and he has been linked with Chelsea, Barcelona and Manchester City.
Reports emerged on Monday that Chelsea have remained in contact with Neymar’s representatives.
However, The Guardian is now reporting that Chelsea insiders have dismissed suggestions that the Blues will make an attempt to sign Neymar this summer.
Paris Saint-Germain are demanding at least £60million from any club that wants to sign Neymar.
Neymar’s link with Chelsea was also fuelled by his positive relationship with Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Pochettino coached Neymar during his time at PSG in the past.
