Premier League club, Chelsea, has announced the signing of Cole Palmer from Premier League and Europe champions, Manchester City.
With the signing of Cole Palmer, Chelsea have now spent one billion British pounds on players since new owner, Todd Boehly’s era started.

The free-spending Blues have exceeded £300million in player purchases for the third transfer window in a row and the spending may not be over.
Palmer has registered six goals and two assists in 41 games for Man City and started the season in good form scoring in the Community Shield against Arsenal and a crucial equaliser against Sevilla in the Europa Super Cup.
