World’s Shortest Man And Woman Meet To Launch Guinness World Records Book

High on life: Only 1ft11.6in and 2ft respectively, Chandra and Jyoti are smiling next to a man of normal height

Chandra Bahadur Dangi, the world’s shortest man and Jyoti Amge, the world’s shortest woman met for the very first time in history to launch and celebrate Guinness the organisation that search for them and made them popular.
 Jyoti Amge 18 from India and the Chandra Bahadur Dangi 72-year-old Nepalese both were reported early this year across the world when they were given their titles by the Guinness World Records.
Chandra and Jyoti might look like a normal nature but they are very happy, joking and laughing as they stand to take pictures with the new book, both dressed in traditional outfits from their native countries.
This is the first time the world’s smallest man and woman have met in recorded history.

The teen from Nagpur in central India has a form of dwarfism called Achondroplasia which means she will stay 2ft0.7in for the rest of her life. Despite her size she has big dreams and has already starred in a number of Bollywood films and is pursuing a career in entertainment.
